Just snap a photo using the free smartphone app or forward on email invoices to the system where clever software will draw out the figures, ready for you to export out directly into your accounting system or Excel. There is also a postal option which is great if you have a backlog of receipts which are piled up in a shoebox. Receipt Bank works just as well for a one-person business as it does for larger businesses.
Receipt Bank also stores an online version of the receipt, helping business to go paperless. Images are stored securely online for 6 years, in line with HMRC requirements.
